I provide patent prosecution and counseling services to Fortune 100 and 500 companies, obtaining patents that not only protect valuable innovations, but serve as strategic tools in competitive industries. I also advise regarding freedom-to-operate, non-infringement, and patent validity as part of the comprehensive services that HFZ provides to its clients. My practice encompasses a wide range of technologies including medical devices, artificial intelligence, aircraft components and systems, personal electronic devices, consumer intelligence tools, autonomous vehicles, thermal cooling systems, e-commerce platforms, and childcare products.
In addition, I help clients obtain trademark protection and manage their trademark portfolios. I draw upon my prior work in industry for a healthcare data analytics company and my experience interning with the Office of General Counsel at the American Medical Association during law school to help clients advance their business goals through intellectual property.
